Alzheimer’s and Art
I created a documentary photography project about the Reflections Program at the Duke Nasher Museum in fall 2018. The program gives art tours to adults with Alzheimer’s Disease and their families. I now serve as a Gallery Guide for Reflections virtual tours.
My photographs were published in a photo essay in the International Journal of Lifelong Learning in Art Education (IJLLAE). The series was also displayed at the Art of Science Gallery at the Duke University Brodhead Center.
